Received my Snickerdoodle Prime LE last week and have been unsuccessful in booting from a 32Gb Class 10 Micro SD Card.

I can tell you that if I do NOT hold down the reset button while powering up, ONLY the green LED by the MicroUSB connector , stays lit and it does blink momentarily whenever I press a key while in the Putty terminal mode, but nothing is coming back to the Putty monitor screen.

1)  I have successfully installed the STMicroelectronics Virtual Com Port Driver Version 1.3.1.0

2)  I have successfully installed Putty 0.68 and configured it for 115,200 Baud @ 8/1/None/XonXoff

3)  I have successfully formatted a SanDisk 32GB Extreme Micro SDHC UHS-I/U3 Class 10 according to both the Windows and Linux instructions and I'm NOT receiving any errors from formatting the MicroSD Card.   I'm using the Linux Pre-Built images located here for the MicroSD Card BOOT image.

4)   I can hold down the reset button and power up over either a USB 3.0 Virtual Com Port to get to the U-Boot "snickerdoodle" prompt.  This verifies that my STMicroelectronics Virtual Com Port Driver is installed and configured correctly.  However when I type 'reset' at the "snickerdoodle" prompt , as others have suggested , it still doesn't boot from the MicroSD Card.

5)  Also formatted a SanDisk 16GB Extreme Micro SDHC UHS-I/U3 Class 10 and used Linux Pre-Built images and MicroSD Card would NOT boot.

The error message that I'm receiving when holding down the reset button and powering up the Snickerdoodle Prime LE :

SF: unrecognized JEDE20, bb, 18 followed by: Failed to initialize SPI flash at 0:0 (error -2)

I've attached a Putty screenshot of the output after typing reset @ "snickerdoodle" prompt.

Hi Raybo,

It looks like you are triggering a boot from the QSPI flash by holding the reset button down so long.
When you reset it only hold it down until it starts to flash otherwise you may actually be telling it to override the default the boot source from SD card to QSPI flash.

We just uploaded a new Prime LE SD image to krtkl.com/downloads. Here is the link: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0Bx8vudvSEb3GOW9ad00wMTd6QzA

Try creating your SD card again with that image and let me know if you have further problems.

Bush ,

After downloading the new krtkl.com/downloads "snickerdoodle_prime_le_xenial_kinetic.img.gz" image , I was up and running on my Snickerdoodle Prime LE in less then 5 min.  Thanks for the quick response in getting the MicroSD Card to successfully boot on the Snickerdoodle Prime LE ...
