Snickerdoodle Black platform SDSoC support.

In the latest project update, FREE licence for SDSoC have been announced for Snickerdoodle black owners. This is a really great news.

I took at look at SDSoC documentation. Creating a new SDSoC project requires the selection of a 'Target Platform'.

This selection will refer to platform specific configuration files. SDSoC comes with some platforms, but not for the Snickerdoodle.

I assume that, as for the Vivado board files, KRTKL will provide SDSoC platform files on the GitHub...

Creating an SDSoC Platform for snickerdoodle should be fairly easy if you have a Vivado project already made. You can look at the documentation from Xilinx (UG1146) Chapter 4 and make your own platform.
