Sorry for the simple question guys but I'm a little lost. I'm creating a PWM generator in Vivado to help familiarize myself with the suite. However I'm not sure how to go about interfacing my logic with a clock source. Do I need to some how convert my VHDL file into a block design and then interface it with a clocking wizard (PLL)? Or is there simply a pin I can reference? I noticed the schematic on Github illustrates a 32KHz clock source on 'pin 38' but I'm unsure what the correct designator is in Vivado. Please help.

The preferred method would be to use the IP packager in Vivado to create an IP Integrator block and then to use the clocking wizard in IP integrator.
