Release 0.24.0 planned date moved forward to Sept 3rd

Hi all!

We're now targeting 0.24.0 for September 3rd, moved up a week from the original plan.

We're pushing hard on the kafka-clients fork work. Depending how that lands, the release may include the new Filter APIs or may ship without them. More detail once we're closer.
