Release Planning

We recognised that we are not doing a good job of keeping the project board up-to-date.  Collectively, we agreed to strive to keep the board up-to-date.  We also move a few items that weren't going to be ready for 0.22.0 to future releases.

Patch Policy Establishment
Participants agreed to restrict software patch releases to security fixes and bugs, excluding feature enhancements. This policy will be documented on the release page.

Technical Task Triage

The majority of the meeting was spent on issue triage with a range of issues discussed.
