[Proposal] 132 - More specific timer metrics for `SaslTermination`

Hi,

I've opened a proposal to address a problem found while implementing the SaslTermination filter. In some configurations the metrics defined by the original proposal are not specific enough to determine the cause of high authentication latency. Proposal 132 seeks to address that.
