how to connect to unigram. socks5 does n't work

Anitelegram has been banned in Iran. so we need socks or Proxy to connect. I'm using unigram. I set it up with socks 5 but it doesn't work. it work on telegram desktop . PIZ help me . the connection into is 127.0.0.1: 9999
