Update on 0.1.0 and community call agenda

Hello Grafeas and Kritis community,

I'd like to update you on the status of the 0.1.0 release. The release is close to completion, the missing piece is end-to-end verification and instructions on Kritis setup with standalone Grafeas, with a tutorial. Target completion date is Aug 15. You're welcome to use the following features that are already available publicly:

• The Docker container with Grafeas server (us.gcr.io/grafeas/grafeas-server:0.1.0) is public;

• Grafeas server can be deployed on Kubernetes: see Helm instructions;

• Grafeas server can be brought up with PostgreSQL storage backend (see grafeas-pgsql);

• Basic support for Go client library (link) is available;

• Fallback policy in Kritis admissions is accept-all.

Also, as part of the 0.1.0 work I cleaned up a lot of the codebase, to make onboarding for contributors easier.

In addition, at the end of July we'll have a community call, exact date/time TBA. Please add any other items not already included in the agenda as comments to the agenda doc.
