JD:-

·         Experience in Software Development and Implementation of RPA Solutions in major RPA tools like Blue Prism, Power Automate Desktop and UiPath

·         Good hands-on experience in Power Automate Desktop Flows (PAD)

·         Understand business requirements, performing architectural review, RPA roadmap, providing technical leadership and guidance to the team

·         Hands-on in preparation of Standard Operating Procedure and process documents for Automation CoE

·         Oversee development to ensure adherence to coding, testing, and documentation standards, promoting code reviews and best practices

·         Act as a liaison between offshore technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts

·         Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving project challenges, obstacles, and critical incidents

·         Track and report on team performance and technical metrics, providing insights for leadership

·         Good experience with PAD Platform skills would be an added advantage

·         Agentic AI / AI Builder skills would be an added advantage
