Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Developer
Location: Remote (Client based on Eastern Seaboard)
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Developer to support a public sector client in the implementation and integration of Oracle Cloud HCM with their existing PeopleSoft environment. This is a remote opportunity involving client-facing responsibilities, technical development, and interface design to ensure smooth coexistence between the two systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interfaces between Oracle Cloud HCM and PeopleSoft.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand integration requirements and implement solutions.
Provide expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly focusing on HCM Extracts, HDL, and Fast Formulas.
Build and support outbound and inbound interfaces using Oracle HCM tools and integration technologies.
Participate in system testing, validation, and troubleshooting of integration processes.
Work directly with stakeholders in public sector organizations to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance between Cloud HCM and PeopleSoft systems.
Prepare documentation for technical designs, integration processes, and system configurations.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and development.
Strong knowledge of HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and integration tools.
Public sector project experience is mandatory.
Experience working in a hybrid ERP environment (Cloud + PeopleSoft).
Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCM data structures and business processes.
Proven ability to design and implement complex data interfaces.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle Cloud HCM Certification.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Prior experience in data migration projects between PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud.
