Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to support enterprise Salesforce modernization initiatives for Health and Human Services systems. The role involves designing scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions and integrations.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Conduct Salesforce org health checks and recommend best practices.
Support legacy modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
Lead integrations with internal/external systems and APIs.
Ensure security, compliance, performance, and release readiness.
Support CI/CD, DevOps, testing, and multi-environment deployments.
Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
Required Skills
5+ years of Agile/Scrum experience.
5+ years of Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services development experience.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and FSL.
Strong Oracle SQL and performance tuning skills.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, and deployments.
Salesforce Certification required.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
Enterprise-level Salesforce implementation experience.
Healthcare/Government domain experience preferred.
Database certifications are a plus.
