Position:  PeopleSoft  Architect
Location: Albany, NY

Key Requirements:

• 84+ months of experience administering Oracle PeopleSoft HR/HCM 9.x or higher
• Extensive experience with PeopleTools 8.49+, including installation, upgrades, patching, tuning, and configuration
• Strong experience performing PeopleSoft and PeopleTools upgrades using PUM and Change Assistant
• Experience with WebLogic and Tuxedo, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, and High Availability (HA)
• Experience creating and maintaining PeopleSoft databases on Oracle 10g or higher
• Strong architectural leadership experience designing and supporting large-scale enterprise PeopleSoft environments

Responsibilities:

• Define and govern PeopleSoft architecture and technical standards
• Lead system upgrades, migrations, and patching initiatives
• Oversee performance tuning and environment management
• Support high-availability and disaster recovery strategies
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams
