Location: Bureau of Research, Evaluation and Performance Analytics (BREPA) / New York State Office of Children and Family Services, 52 Washington St., Room 323 North, Rensselaer, NY  12144 HYBRID

Visa: USC, GC, H4EAD, GCEAD

 

Note- 7+ yrs of relevant experience

 

This resource is critical to continue creating business requirements for Juvenile Justice and Child Welfare in New York State. This is necessary for the continued support of Local Districts of Social Services (LDSSs) and Federal Reporting. Reporting include AFCARS, NCANDS, CFSR and Casework Contacts Federal Reporting where gaps carry substantial penalties.

 

• Work collaboratively with the current team of DJJOY/JJIS staff and participate in business requirement gathering for BI projects.
• Write SQL scripts to extract and analyze juvenile justice child welfare data to assist creating requirements,
• Elicit and collect necessary information and create business requirements documents,
• Data extraction and programming to investigate issues associated with reporting,
• Write and maintain COGNOS reports
