Skills Required:

 

• Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of related experience or a comparable combination of education, training, and/or experience in the areas of no/low-code development, iPaaS, APIs and integrations.
• Exposure to ITIL or other frameworks for IT Service Management.
• Exposure to working in an ITSM tool for things such as Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Knowledge, or Request.
• Ability to keep abreast of technology/industry trends and quickly learn new tools.
• Ability to communicate well, and contribute to a collaborative environment and work with cross-functional teams.
• Productivity and performance focus.
