	bkgoswami.com THOUGHT OF THE DAY Just like we are chanting or attempting to chant the holy names every morning, but the names are not simply chanted by the tongue and lips. The names are actually chanted by the mind and by the heart, so you have to be chanting in all three ways for chanting to be fully effective. You can't just move your lips. It is not a mundane sound vibration. There is the subtle chanting that goes on, too, in the mind, and there is spiritual chanting that goes on in the heart. So, you have to chant with your heart and with your mind and also with your gross body. (From Srila Gurudeva's lecture on Vrindavand das Thakur, June 2, 2005)
