Please join us at 8PM tonight (Friday) at FFLX (formerly Krishna Cooperative) for some live and interactive Kirtan yoga and hot chai.
Address: 4610 Winthrop St, Rear Entrance (just off of south craig)
Kirtan is an integral part of the practice of Bhakti Yoga. It involves group mantra meditation along with drums and instruments. It is really fun and liberating.
