Hello everyone,

We have our usual programs this week, with the exception of the Friday kirtan at Maggie's.  I'll send an update next week regarding spring break schedule. 

*Vegetarianism **101* - Mini Course Series
Time: Tuesdays, 6-7pm
Location: Pitt Union Basement
Cost: Free for Students and Faculty, $108 for all others
Free Fresh Cooked Vegan Meal served after class

*The Vedas: Bhagavad Gita, Srimad Bhagavatam, and More *- Mini Course Series
- Learn what things like Karma, Yoga, Dharma, Guru, Eternity, and Time
really are. As given by the oldest books in the world.
Time: Wednesdays, 7:30-9pm
Location: Krishna Cooperative Culture and Wellness Center (4610 Winthrop St,
Rear Entrance)
Cost: Free for Students and Faculty, $108 for all others
Fresh Cooked Vegan Meal served after class

Yoga and Mantra Meditation 101* - Weekly Workshop
Time: Thursdays 6-7pm
Location: U Pitt Union Basement, Stress Free Zone Room.
Free Fresh Cooked Vegan Meal served after class
*Free Kirtan Session* *@ Maggies!*- Maggie has kindly agreed to host this
weekly session meant for the upliftment and unification of one and all. Come
partake of the vegan eats and transcendent beats.
Time: 7-8pm Fridays
Location: Maggie's Vegan Restaurant, 300 South Craig St., Oakland

*Morning Program*- Experience a morning of 'sadhana' (inner cultivation) as
practiced by monks, yogis, and sages of ancient India. Begins with bhajans,
songs sung in Bengali and Sanskrit, followed by reading and discussion from
the Srimad Bhagavatam, a 5000 year old book of wisdom considered to be one
of the most prominent Vedic texts.
Open to all.
Time: Every morning, 7:30am-9am

*Simple Lunch - *Monday - Friday, 11:30am - 2pm. Fresh food. $3 donation.
