Yoga tonight @ Cathedral w/ special guest, Mini Courses Session 2 starts next week

Tonight we will be in the cathedral again for Friday free yoga and kirtan party. Lets have some more fun in the commons. If the commons is occupied, we will be in Rm. 244 b.

8:15-8:45 Kirtan
8:45 Veggie feast

Place: Cathedral of Learning, Ground Floor commons (alternate location: Room 244b)

Kirtan will be extra sweet tonight as we will be having a special guest: Nityo Dita, a wonderful kirtan leader and experienced bhakti yoga, having seriously practiced for the last 35 years.

Dont miss out. When else can you have so much fun in the cathedral commons?


Also dont forget that the next set of Mini Courses starts next week. Please register asap if you plan on attending. There is no charge, but registration helps us get an idea of how many people to prepare for, as well as being able to easily contact everyone without having to blast the whole email list.

Oh and this week we just got 20 really nice yoga mats. we will have them there tonight, anyone who wants one can have it for cost price, $15.
