Hi (Dear Warden Madam's of Sarayu and Sharavati):
can you forward this for your inmates; I have communicated the news to
offices of SARAYU and SHARAVATI).

1. As a special gesture, we are arranging the Biometry for Ladies only
(students) at the "placement section" on MONDAY. The data is available,
students can now go ahead for their Biometry.

2. The venue of the BIOMERTY will be shifted to 6th Floor (SINDHU HOSTEL)
from TUESDAY for about 3-4 days.

I have requested Mr. Shankar (CCW office) to take care of this. You may like
to speak with him, in case any changes are required.

3. The names in the students list are here:

4. A maximum of 10 students (or less) should fill the following NPR plus
form and take this with them (say 10th student can submit it). Srudents may
like to take the proof of Identity. The best is to take the RATION CARD
number (ask your parents on telephone). Original Ration card is NOT
REQUIRED.

5. It is highly desirable that the students should come up with some
volunteers to manage other students. Each Biometry takes about 15 minutes.
CCW office has been brought in to the loop. Kindly coordinate with the CCW
Office.
