Right to Corruption is finally a legal right. Congratulations, Parliament, and its Bagula Bhagat members. Fighting corruption in India is illegal by LOKPAL BILL. Expect to see corruption rank of India rising in Transparency international report.
1. Complainant is liable to a penalty and imprisonment if he/she cannot prove corruption .... because no corruption is formal.
2. In a country where conviction rate is decimal, and criminals get away by lackadaisical investigation, liability of complainants for failed conviction is a deterrent for any anti-corruption initiative. LOKPAL will sit actually, without work.
3. Government employees will get legal assistance to fight court cases where they are charged for corruption, and victim of corruption will further drain his/her hard earned money.
4. In trillion dollar market of Indian corruption, there is never a complaint from actual victim. Tata never made any complaint when demanded a bribe of 150 mio INR to clear file of his entry in aviation sector. 2G scam was never by complaint from any of aggrieved telecom players, and Auditor general raised it. Coal scam did not have any complainant raising alarm against government sponsored corruption.
5. Nuxalites have taken to arms only because of exploitation by forest personnel and patwari. Informal corruption in government is equal to informal terrorism. Complaints ? To get penalty and imprisonment, formally. — feeling sad.
