Honourable and dear friends

Fist of all, thanks from deep inside my heart to Sri Sahoo, Honourable Mnister in Odisha Government, Sri Singh, Secretary to the Govt, Shri Kar, Technical Support Officer, Shri Saroj Dash, State Institute for Rural Development, and all the participating Block Development Officers ... to have one hour of their  listening time at Bhubaneshwar on the 29th Nov 2015. 

In the one hour, you gave me a  company in journey to a certain difficult areas of the mind where trees of ancient thoughts still exist, and provide our soul a  truthful rest. May be, you would want to come back  to those trees of thoughts again, by your own efforts of meditation, independently.  

For this reason, I am attaching files which surely will act as a reminder to you on the road travelled in the mind by which you can go there again whenever you want for  a truthful rest and seek a renewed vision in your life and work.

I am greatly thankful to Dr. Manas, my old friend and Director SOA for this invitation and the love as he has always been so kind.  

It is a concern that Development is not defined and because of this individual, family, village and town, and city and nation are unable to judge it themselves. 

Our friends Block Development Officers have, therefore, a responsibility to act in this direction and make Odisha, probably a first, state with a definition of development at all levels (individual, family, village, for the moment) and make it  aware to all stakeholders and interested parties, and set up a goal ( to be done alone and by co-operation, and by state machinery). 

I am always at your service.
