TARG.O.T JAN 2011

KravMaga Chennai is putting in place some best practices to give more
definition to the trainees on their Objectives and Achievments.
The next grading event is planned for Jan 2011, subject to the
approval of Mr.Vicky Kapoor.
From now on trainees will be given training goals on a specified
format. They will keep recording and tracking where they stand vis-a-
vis their Goals. These will follow the syllabus given by our Delhi HQ.
Welcome to TARG.O.T (Target Oriented Training).. I will forward the
format as a softcopy once there is concurrence on it with Vicky.
The TARG.O.T process will be from Aug 10, aiming 6 months hence, JAN
2011.
