The training @ Chennai is as below -
ADAYAR-Sun 8 to 10 am, ANNA NAGAR-Sat 4 to 6pm, VELACHERY-Week days
6.30 to 7.30 am

O2 Health Studio - 7 to 9 pm - Thursdays @ Besant Nagar , Fridays @
Nungambakkam
