Hard disk acess time include seek time, average rotational latency and
Data transfe time.

Dose Krativ store continuous data in different track of the same
cylinder in order to decrease seek time?

I don't think JVM exposes any way to get that close to hardware...
And modern hard drives may also hide such details when they map broken blocks.
So I would guess that this would not be easy or perhaps even possible to do.
