Dose Krativ store continuous data in different track of the same
cylinder in order to decrease seek time?

I don't think JVM exposes any way to get that close to hardware... And modern hard drives may also hide such details when they map broken blocks. So I would guess that this would not be easy or perhaps even possible to do.
