Not sure, Krati the stage it is in - good for production use. We are planning to use Krati as one of a data store for our internal user permission system. Can anyone shed some light ? Is it good to use Krati the stage it is in now.

Hi Valivel,

Krati has been extensively used in a number of cases at LinkedIn: (a) serve content data for search results rendering purposes; (b) provide parallel data structures to aid facet search; (c) enable LinkedIn the entire typeahead system; (d) enable activity aggregation in the extreme high traffic situation. Last, it is on production at LinkedIn for over three years.

Hello Vadi,

I've used Krati in a desktop application deployed to a few thousand machines. Now I'm looking for an alternative, as I found that data can be seriously damaged when a computer crashes.

Regard,
Rodolfo

Hi Rodolfo,

Interesting that you have used it on such a large number of machines. Which version of krati are you using?

Jingwei

Hi Jingwei,

Last time I compiled from source was March 15, 2013. I don't know the version number, but I used the code that was in Trunk at that time.

Regards,
Rodolfo
