Radicle and Discord Support in Kraken 1.7

I'm pleased to announce the Kraken 1.7 release.

The main feature introduced  is integration with [Radicle](https://radicle.xyz),
a peer-to-peer code collaboration stack.
The second one is notifications to Discord channels.
