Hello,
I have WD EARS hard disks. The hard disks lies saying that it has 512
bytes sectors, when it has hardware 4096 bytes sectors, so 512 bytes
writes are greatly penalized. How can I tell zfs to use 4096 bytes
sectors even if hard disk lies?

Thanks for any reply.

You have to play with the ashift values in the code - there is patch circulating on the solaris ZFS mailing list - please search there.
