kpt standard functions

Hi,

Are the kpt functions defined in https://github.com/GoogleContainerTools/kpt-functions-catalog still being maintained?

It looks like the last tagged releases are at least a year old, some are two years old. 

Also, those images are hosted out of a Google Container Registry which will be shutdown after March of next year. Are there plans to migrate the existing images to another registry?
