[demo] Native non-KRM app configuration

Hi kpt-users,

We are working on supporting native configs in the kpt application configuration packages. #3210  

Just want to share the new user journeys that's still in the Proof-of-Concept stage. Hope this can be something interesting to you. Really appreciate your feedback.
