Dear all,
We would like to inform you about the TiGER version update (v3.0) on '23. 9.11.'
(https://github.com/honggoonin/TiGER)
The update includes the following changes:
o Corrected error in the decryption failure probability calculation formula. (Change the parameters accordingly)
o Changed the shared key (K) size in TiGER128 from 128 bits to 256 bits for security strength. (Influenced by recently released FIPS-203(draft))
