Ok, I've had to change some list settings. Apparently spammers now think
KPLUG is a good target.
New members now have to request an invitation, new member posts are
moderated and members can give out invitations to others. This should
keep any further spam off the list.

We fixed that problem on taclug-general by keeping subscriptions open, but
moderating all new subscribers. As long as their first post is not spammy,
I remove their moderator bit. So far that has worked perfectly.
