seeking someone to host a Food Not Lawns workshop - interested?

Hi everybody:
The Sustainability Action Network is planning a Food Not Lawns workshop
in June in Lawrence.  We're seeking someone with a front lawn of turf
grass who wants to host the workshop, and get an instant makeover of
their "infestation of grass" to be a food growing space.

The workshop costs nothing for the host — with the sheet mulching
materials supplied by us.  However, you would need to buy planting
materials like berry bushes, fruit trees, and maybe some annual
vegetable plants or seed, if desired.

If you have a pickup truck, that would be a point in your favor, but not
required.  If you are familiar with permaculture as perennial
polyculture, that would be another point.

name, address, phone, size of your front yard, your level of gardening
experience, and some form of permaculture plan for your site.
