Responsibilities:

 Bed preparation, planting, mulching, and basic landscape maintenance.

 Operation of small engine equipment including chainsaws, pole saws, gas hedge trimmers and rototillers.

 Communicate daily with Field Supervisor regarding daily schedule and progress.

 Help Field Supervisor with organizing crews, tools and equipment, materials as needed.

 As a member of the Crew, ensure that work is completed at a quick pace while maintaining our high-quality standards.

 Attention to detail and safety.

Requirements:

 Be able/willing to work outside, occasionally in less than ideal weather conditions. (Rain, Cold, or extreme heat)

 Be able to do labor-intensive and repetitive tasks throughout an entire work shift. (repeated kneeling, squatting, bending, and lifting)

 Have some knowledge in the maintenance of plants, landscape, and hardscape, and a willingness to learn.

 Be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form.

 Be able to interact professionally with managers, coworkers, and customers.

 Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

 Be able to work Full-Time, typically M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 PM
