Animal loving roommate sought

I have a big room in a small house.  I am hoping to find someone that loves animals and would enjoy helping out around the little hobby farm.  I have three goats, four ducks, three cats, and a dog (although, I am working to rehome the dog). I am hoping to restart my big garden also.  I am in east Lawrence.  Rent is $600 and 5 hours work per month (includes utilities). 

Obviously, there are a lot more details to discuss, but I thought I would start here.  Feel free to pass this along.
