Maintenance team responsibilities are similar, but would be less intensive physical labor.

Responsibilities:
 Bed preparation, planting, mulching, and landscape/hardscape installation.
 Operation of small engine equipment, including chainsaws, pole saws, and
rototillers.
 Attention to detail and safety.
 
Requirements:
 Be able/willing to work outside, occasionally in less than ideal weather
conditions. (Rain, Cold, or extreme heat)
 Be able to do labor-intensive and repetitive tasks throughout an entire work
shift. (repeated kneeling, squatting, bending and lifting)
 Some knowledge of landscape, and hardscape and a willingness to learn.
 Be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form.
 Be able to interact professionally with managers, coworkers, and customers.
 Be able to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a
team.
