Hindustan Times is a popular daily English newspaper in India, it was founded by Sunder Singh Lyallapuri leader of the Akali movement in the year 1924 and the newspaper was inaugurated by Mahatma Gandhi. In the year 1933 Birla Group takes over the responsibilities of Hindustan Times, now it is owned by M.P Shobhana Bhartia.
