Back on the Sauce (Opti-sauce that is)

I know it's been a while, but what's the saying? "If you have nothing
nice to say..." I feel like that's been me so I didn't want to
contaminate the positive room 6 board! I hope everyone had a good week
last week. I just got a promotion and lost 2 people in our 6 person
office so things have been insane at work. I couldn't get away in time
to make it to group. Anyhoo, I'll be there this Weds and I'm sure
you've all moved on to maintenance because you're all tiny. If some of
you are there on Weds, I'll see you then. How was last week by the
way? Did people drop out after their first week on product? What's the
latest??? Bye!

I know whay you mean about not having anything nice to say.  Of course with me I like to say "If you don't have anything nice to say....come sit by me."

 

Mary:  The book is a revelation to me.  I have re read it two or three times and keep it out for reference.  I am so glad you enjoy it.

 

Monica;  You never contaminate.  Come when things get hard and are no fun, that is what we are here for.  I will be there.  Still working on the butt and gutt.

 

Personally this last week has sucked. Stress like I havent had in quite awhile. So if I am quiet or cry just let me go. It will pass.  Amazing after all the weight loss and work when it hits you the first thing you want to do is go eat.  I guess that will never go away.
