I hope all of you were kind to yourselves this weekend.

Monica, keep pedaling....who knows you could be in the next Tour
DeFrance.
Amanda, It's only Monday, just another day, no different than the
last. Take a breath look at yourself and see how healthy you look and

Terri.... it is so funny that you posted this because I was just
thinking how annoyed I was that it was Monday, so I logged in to see

Alright! Enough pity party, no more Debbie Downers. I know this sucks and it's no fun. We got ourselves into this mess now we have to get ourselves out of it. (I am as guilty as anyone of being a Negative Nellie)
Anyone who is interested: I am going on Friday night after work to get a mani/pedi. I go to a place on Scripps Westview Parkway called Serenity. If anyone would like to join me to RELAX you are more than welcome.
