Hello, Am I the only dork that posts on this thing? Come on guys you
can do better.

Good Morning and Happy Monday! Another weekend gone by. Weirdest
thing, for the FIRST time since starting this fun fest I went to the
movies. It was odd sitting there with a diet coke and no popcorn or
m&m's. I don't think that has ever happened to me.

Amanda: First off, its just Monday, pretend its Tuesday and all will
be good. You are my hero! I got the book Clean Diet and it is
exactly what I have been looking for. It has filled in so many gaps
for me. I had the basic idea but no idea how to execute.

Monica: Look forward to seeing what color you are in Weds.

Mary: You were missed we all want to hear about your trip.

Oscar: Keep the daily quotes coming. I look forward to them.

"Chow" for now.. (hahahahahahaha)

Aloha everyone!

We are back and I am tired!

I tried to my best to eat healthy in Hawaii, and I think I did a good
job. I did have a small scoop of ice cream one night, but hey, you
gotta live a little! Plus, it was "Kauai Pie" - coffee ice cream with
chocolate swirl and coconut and macadamia nuts!! Yum. I had a kids
scoop - it was great. Other than that, I did well. Lots of big
salads with dressing on the side plus fish. The thing is, most days I
only had 2 shakes. So now I am home, and I'm going to have 4 shakes
today plus a salad at lunch and dinner. When I weigh in on Wednesday
I need to figure out what to do... We'll see.

We had a great time! Lots of walking... swimming... and of course,
relaxing! Missed you all. Excited to see you Wednesday.

Mary :-)

Thanks for the Monday wishes... even thought I didn't check in until
Wednesday :) They still helped... this week was so hectic, I didn't
even realize it was Monday!

Mary, I'm glad you had such a great time in Hawaii... you were
completely missed. The class is interesting (mostly men). I'm looking
forward to see how this class pans out over the course of the next
several weeks.

Terri, you were literally the first person I thought of when that book
was first introduced to me a few months ago. I'm glad it works with
you. I really think it is in-line with your lifestyle and she writes
fantastic. It is absolutely an eye-opener. I'm glad you're creating
positive memories. You are having experiences without food at things
you like to do. I think that's HUGE! Way to go :)

Our group is awesome... I really don't think this journey would have
been as memorable, enjoyable, or even manageable without all of you!
