I'm Alive!!!

Hi Guys!!!

I am very much alive and have news to report. First, I decided to eat
on my birthday. I was down 110 or so and was ready. I extended the
process to a three day hiatus and was very stressed. To make a long
story short, I have basically been struggling to get back full fast. I
kinda think my body might be telling me it's time for PFEs. I am
currently full fasting successfully. I was beating myself up for it,
but it's funny how quickly you forget the accomplishment to revel in
the smallest of defeat. I am doing better with it all, but I do find
that I was quick to forget the last 6 months and was ready to beat
myself up with the last couple weeks. In other news, we also had a
death in the family, so dealing with the aftermath of all of it is
also stressful... sorry to be such a downer.

I am going to class tonight and I will speak with Cornelia about
signing me up for the Oct class as well. That will be my encouragement
to stick it out until then...

I am glad to hear everyone is doing well and I would really love to
see you all :)

Hi everyone!!

I am here too... just busy with work and all. I've been keeping up
with what you all are saying about maintenance, and I will try to sign
up for the October class too!

I've been doing well - still maintaining and feeling great.

I'll try to stay more in touch. :-)

Amanda- Congratulations!!! I can't believe you've been able to fast
this long. I wish I had your will power!
Terri- I'm sorry to hear about your dad. And that stinks about your
son's divorce too.
Mary- That's awesome you're maintaining. It's not an easy feat, as
I've found.

For me with food, I was on/off for the last few months and stayed at
my 55 lb. loss, which is only halfway to my goal. It's okay though,
I'm still trying! We let a friend move in for 6 weeks while she's
finding an apartment (she's 23, rail thin, and eats like a PIG). I
hate her. Anyway, for the last week I've been doing four shakes and a
salad at night. It's hard, but that one meal is making me pretty happy
and my stomach is shrinking again - love that feeling. I think I'm
motivated for the October maintenance class!

So October it is? Can't wait to see everyone again!
