Lunch: Peanut Crusted Chicken over a Soba Noodle Nest with accompanying Crudités

Hi All,

First of all, I would like to propose a change in the lunch schedule.
Until now, I know I have been preparing lunches for Tuesdays, however,
due to certain schedule changes, it would like to change the lunch
days to Mondays instead. I hope this is amenable to you.

Now, for the menu. I plan to serve the following:
Peanut Crusted Chicken over a Soba Noodle Nest with accompanying
Crudités

PLEASE NOTE: This dish contains peanuts and small amounts of coconut.
Those of you with allergies to either, please let me know.

Anyone interested in ordering, please let me know by Friday. I will
send out a follow-up email with the pricing of the dish, but as of
now, I'm projecting the costs at $8-$9.
