Ihave encountered a white screen while trying to open the updated app. The app was not responding so I reinstalled the app. After logging in with my account I was surprised all my notes are gone as if this is a new account. I have very important data in my notes. Need help to recover them.
Hi all, I'm having the same issue. I just got a new phone yesterday, and when I logged in, all of my work notes are gone! I tried logging into the web version, but with the same issue, all my notes are gone. I've tried uninstalling the app, and re-installing, and still no luck, there is nothing in my trash, and it has been working as of thursday afternoon. I also have not made a new account. I've had this one since 2019.
Welcome to the forums. With respect, if there are 0 notes, not even headers but no notes at all, and 0 in trash, then the likelihood is that you did accidentally create a new, empty account, which is very easy to do by simply logging in with a different email address. If you're absolutely sure you're using the right credentials, then you need to contact Evernote support: -us/requests/new.
Yes, the NimaPOP pouches with integrated RFID tag are compatible with all Data Collection Software versions on 3500 Series Genetic Analyzers, including Applied Biosystems 3500 Series Data Collection Software v4.0 designed for data collection in human identification (HID) applications.
After successfully uninstalling the old n8n container, I attempted to install the latest version. However, I noticed that all of my workflows were gone. I checked the n8n_data volume in /var/lib/docker/volumes/n8n_data/ and found the database.sqlite file.
I want to migrate my deployment from the current version 4.8 to the latest one 13.0.
My question is: how can I migrate everything (data, users, etc) to this new deployment? I dont want to lose any kind of existing data/configuration.
And here it also says that I can stop the project, deploy a new instance and attach again to the new one. But it was not clear to me if this will ensure I will have all the existing data/users/configuration there.
Hello, I recently tried to create an account to sync everything in firefox on my phone, but after a few attempts the account page just wouldn't load, so I decided to update the app because it was quite some time ago since I last updated it.
But right after the update, everything's gone: bookmarks, history, tabs. I was brought to a getting started page like I never installed firefox. I checked the bookmarks/history options but nothing was there. Shouldn't the app preserve its existing data even after an update? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
If you were using the previous design of Firefox for Android (version 68), this has not been supported for a number of years and with that the ability to move bookmarks and other data to a newer version of Firefox for Android is also not supported.
Edit: I'm sorry for asking the same question over and over again. But it's because I'm very concerned about the bookmarks. Is there any way to get them back? If this info helps, I didn't do anything other than updating it. Thanks.
Hey guys. I just discovered EI for iPad and installed it. I've been using EI for some time now and really like it but would much rather use it on my iPad. Is there any way to get all the data from my pc to the iPad version? I backed up my data on my pc and uploaded to my Google Drive and tried to restore into the iPad version but it fails. What am I doing wrong, or can this even be done? Thanks in advance.
Currently there is no supported way to access Windows or Mac Express Invoice data from the iPad version, or vice-versa. This is a function that is on the to-do list of the developers, but there is no ETA available for this function.
The Web Access feature available in both the Windows and Mac versions of Express Invoice will allow you to to access the data remotely with any browser over the Internet. Simply use once you setup web access within Express Invoice. The port is determined by the port you enter when you set up Express Invoice web access. Your router may need to be configured to port forward for that port, depending on how your internal network is configured. This way you can access the data not only from a mobile device but also from any other computer connected to the Internet. Please note that the computer where Express Invoice is installed will need to be running with Express Invoice also running (in the background at minimum) in order to access the program across the Internet.
Some customers have been using an unsupported manual way to move data between platforms. This is not supported by NCH Software and you should save a backup of both systems before proceeding in case data is lost or becomes corrupted in any way during the following process.
1) Create a backup to the cloud from your iPad version of Express Invoice using either Google Drive or Dropbox. This can be done even if you have no data, and must be completed first in order to set the versioning for archiving from the iPad, and establishing the archive file.
Cloud versions of Confluence, Jira Cloud products (Jira, Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery) and Opsgenie that are in either Standard, Premium or Enterprise licensing tiers and Cloud site is billed under the old Billing Engine.
We recommend creating a Confluence site backup or Jira site backup before resetting your products to avoid accidental data loss. You can find more information about how we store and manage your data on our data storage FAQs.
To delete your Enterprise cloud site instead of resetting it, the same steps must be followed up until step 3. Please ensure that all necessary precautions are taken before proceeding with this action.
If you only have one product on your cloud site (Jira, Confluence, or Opsgenie) you will need to activate a trial of another product so you can manage the reset without canceling the whole site. If you have more than one Jira product, they count as one.
After an hour, please go to Billing > Actions > Manage on any product you have on the desired site. This way, any deleted products will appear under a new Inactive tab on the Manage Subscriptions screen. Note that you need to wait an hour for the Inactive tab to show up. Also, these products are suspended and you will not be able to Guard them in this state.
If you have any more than one of Jira, Jira Service Management or Jira Product Discovery, they count as a single product for the purposes of resetting your site. If that's your case, please take a look below at "Resetting your site if you use two Jira products".
After an hour, please go to Billing > Actions > Manage on any product you have on the desired site. This way, any deleted products will appear under a new Inactive tab on the Manage Subscriptions screen. Note that you need to wait an hour for the Inactive tab to show up. Also, these products are suspended and you will not be able to access them in this state.

To prevent accidental deletion, it is now possible to restore the product, including data. This only applies if products are still within the suspension window and the immediate deletion process has not been followed.
If the cloud instance has JSM Portal Customers, the steps on this page will remove all of them. If you still have any further questions on this topic, please contact our support team.
This page will take you through how to reset your cloud site to the original default settings. Resetting your cloud site will return it to the default settings of a newly created site and will delete all your data (not users/groups) after a grace period. If you don't want to delete all your data or you want to re-migrate a project, you can delete an individual project on Jira or an individual space on Confluence .
