1. 안녕하세요. 장군입니다. 스퀵랜드 웹사이트 업데이트 소식을 알려드리고자 메일 보냅니다. :)

2. 스퀵랜드 웹사이트가 스크래치 웹사이트에 자극을 많이 받았는지 최근에 스크래치 웹사이트와 비슷하게 업데이트가 되고 있습니다. 대표적으로는 프로젝트를 올릴 수 있도록 showcase 를 만들었고 웹사이트를 다국어로 번역하는 작업을 하고 있죠. 아마도 조만간 나올 Etoys 4 에 맞춰 여러가지 작업을 진행하고 있는 것 같습니다.

3. 재미있는 것은 자신이 스퀴커라면 여기에 등록하라고 하는데요. (물론 강압적인건 아니죠. ㅋ) 등록된 사람들의 국가와 처음 시작한 년도가 통계로 보여주고 있네요. 저는 우리나라 사람이 아직 아무도 가입 안했기에 냉큼 했죠. ㅋㅋ 변화된 스퀵랜드 웹사이트를 구경해 보세요~ 

4. 시간이 된다면 스퀵랜드 사이트도 한글화 작업을 하고 싶네요.

Hi everyone

It was a *lot* of work, but squeakland.org is now available in multiple languages.

Currently we support English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French.   There's much content that needs further translating, particularly for French, but you can see for yourself by changing the language drop-down in the upper-right corner.  As a bonus, I've enabled automatic Google translation for project comments and the Squeakers page:

Anyway, we've made a start.  If you'd like to add your language to the list, read these two issues and then click "contact" on the website to volunteer:

There are still some spots that don't translate, such as the Quick Guides, the bios on the people page, and categories throughout.   Stay tuned for more progress.
