WHO ARE YOU CHITO M. COLLANTES?
This letter refers to your famous brother knight who is subject of
being talked about as the real regional commander of Canada since
2006.
Is this the same, CHITO M. COLLANTES of Toronto, Canada, who is known
to be an IMPERTINENT ARROGANT? to the extent of BULLYING OTHERS?
FORGING THE SIGNATURE OF HIS UNCLE? - definately and clearly showing
disgusting behaviour and disrespect to others.
As far as it is known, on the basis of the informations that have been
received in Canada, it's sad to say that CHITO M. COLLANTES's "libel
suit""confederacy to defame". These were filed against him by the
Board of Directors of the 'Filipino Centre Toronto' headed by Board
Chairman Victoria Santiago and President Rosalinda Javier.
A certain Mr. Adolfo Tigley also said that Mr. CHITO M. COLLANTES
allegedly absconded the funds of an association in Calgary, Alberta
where he once served as treasurer. A catholic priest in Toronto
likewise complained allegedly about unsavory behaviour the way CHITO
M. COLLANTES conduct his business.
There are still other unpleasant complaints about CHITO which would
downgrade his credibility in Canada in such a way that would put into
question his promotion as a Knight Grand Officer of Rizal (KGOR) of
aside from putting shame to the honorable organization - Order of the
Knights of Rizal. Well, this is similar to the case of Sir Paras, KGOR
whose mentor/idol is Sir Quiambao, KGCR.
In the Philippines, as the records clearly show, there are two (2)
pending criminal cases: 1) Criminal Case No. 7112 - RTC 29, La Union,
for ILLEGAL RECRUITMENT; 2) Criminal Case No. 14260-04 RTC, Malaybalay
City, Bukidnon, for ILLEGAL RECRUITMENT and still pending before NBI
Manila two (2) other criminal cases: for Estafa and Large Scale
Recruitment.
It's not a delight in putting someone in the bad light but the records
are clear and by reason thereof there people who are very unmfortable
credibility is quite low aside from being questionable. For a fact, he
used to have two (2) pending cases against him: one (1) and another
for and now regretted having been associated with CHITO.

for some reason we are not able to send it right away we just cant go
to western union that day, so we called the following day and asking
more info and we are about to go to western union at that time. Here
is what Mr Collantes said to us quote "I thought you are sending the

no longer available" does it raise a red flag? you decide.

Mind you, my son didn't even let me know until we found out that
his longtime girlfriend broke up with him because of how this individual
almost tricked her. Long and short of the story, instead of helping
my son, this person ( I couldn't even say his name ) said he will go to the
Philippines ( at that time, maybe there was no criminal case filed
yet ), asked for more money and promised to personally handle her
immigration papers. Got the telephone number of his girlfriend and
communicated with her. But instead of helping her at the Immigration
Department or the Canadian Consulate, this individual tried to have
a date with her at a notorious pub in Greenhills, San Juan.
The evil person tried to make a pass on her. My son's girlfriend got
really, really mad and called my son long distance. Things turned out
to be a huge disaster. My son had to rush to the Philippines to save
the relationship but failed. My family here were totally shocked by the
sad experience.
This UNWORTHY individual should be CONDEMNED and HANGED UP-SIDE DOWN.

It is not my intention to get involved in this discussion on morality but I cannot stand idle and have guilty conscience without confirming what I know regarding Sir Manny’s complaint against Sir Chito Collantes re: conduct and behavior as Knight that in the words Sir Manny “unbecoming of a high ranking member of the Order".
As to the veracity of the complaint that Sir Manny Yanga would like everyone in the Order to know I can attest that to be TRUE. I learned about Sir Manny’s predicament around 5 years ago through email I received in Florida. I can sense he was boiling mad at what happened to his son who broke off his relation with his girl friend because of Sir Chito. l understand he originally informed Sir Joe Faminial, KGOR Scarborough Chapter advisor.
AS I am not in good terms with Sir Chito, I am constrained to give advice and what is the best course of action to take for sake of delicadeza. If he wants to get satisfaction, I told Sir Manny to write Manila. Sir Manny I guess did not do anything exposing this morality issue until several days ago after reading "Lasir" email. It looks that he finally got the nerve to make it known publicly what he has been keeping for years.
I hope this will satisfy anyone who maybe doubtful thinking that Sir Manny Yanga's expose' is mere fabrication.

Not Horatius Quintus Flaccus or Horace whom the Order of the Knights of Rizal benefited from his talent as it borrowed a line from the Ode he wrote in 22 BC: “Non Omnis Moriar” (not everything in me will altogether die).
The famous Latin slogan is a testament to his big ego where his failure as soldier is compensated by his ability to write poetry to channel his inordinate wish is to be remembered in the lips of men and women beyond his grave.
He was an officer under Brutus, leader of the Republican forces fighting the combined army of Augustus Caesar and Mark Antony who were vent on avenging the brutal killing of Julius Caesar on March 15 better known as the Ides of March. The Republican forces he joined were disastrously defeated at the Battle of Philippi.
It was reported that because of inexperience, cowardice or fear, Horace dropped his shield and sword and run in the opposite direction, a humiliation both in the eyes of his comrades, friends and enemy. A defeated and disgraced soldier Horace returned to his hometown only to find his father dead and their farm confiscated. Mr. Chito Collantes is what no Knight of Rizal should ever be. He singlehandedly destroyed not only the erstwhile repectable Canada Region but the very name of our noble hero Rizal. It goes back to 2005.
Two years ago I started to write a book on the travails of the whole 'Order' (in Manila, Europe and Canada), analyzing the problems and their causes but decided to put it on hold for the stress was just too much for my literally ailing heart. If I may say so, documentary evidence against this person is voluminous indeed. The same is true, by the way, with regards to similar issues (legal and all) against Lino Paras of Europe. It so happens that both individuals are close 'allies/friends'(?) of Quiambao who himself is identified as the major culprit in Manila.
What makes the whole episode truly sad is that the leadership in Bonifacio Drive is keenly aware of the facts regarding the issues with Collantes and Paras but they don't seem to care.
Looking at the pathetic political games people in the Philippines play, I have since stopped wondering why those folks at the KoR International Headquarters and their lackeys elsewhere behave the way the do. They mirror the ills of the country.

Lazir was also not personal, but he exposed Quiambao as TOO CLOSE with Paras & Collantes to really heal the ROT within, supported by Esguerra & Samuela, who then summarily & illegally expelled Lazir, naming the charges "bringing SHAME" to the KOR when what Lazir started to do began in 2006/2007! Fact is, Quiambao has been bringing SHAME to the KOR way back 1999/2000 (Missing Mushake Donation as then Supreme Commander!), April 2003 (Quiambao exalted Paras to KGOR in Florida for nothing!?), and similar things.
Samuela wrote the KOR IHQ decision, what a fake!

It's like Hitler telling the US that the latter is expelled (per Hitler's decision), from the United Nations!
