CALL FOR PARTNERS FROM EU MEMBER STATES AND NEIGHBORING COUNTRIES:
MOVING EUROPE - Migration and Mobility
 

The Jan Karski International Institute for Dialogue and Tolerance in co-operation
Youth Association DRONI are looking for partner organizations for a Training Course about Migration and Mobility. The training will take place in Upper Silesia, Poland, and will last for 7 days – in February 2012.
 
 
 
For organizations from:
 
·         Youth in Action Programme Countries;
 
·         Neighboring Partner Countries (Eastern Europe & Caucasus, South-East Europe, Euromed);
 
 
 
 
 
During the project the participants, will have the opportunity to learn about:
 
·         the history of migrations,
 
·         the key triggers and reasons for migrations in Europe and the neighboring countries,
 
·         the consequences of immigration and emigration for countries and communities,
 
·         the problem of trafficking in Europe,
 
·         the challenges and risks for young people,
 
·         good practices and funding opportunities for projects in the field of Migration and Mobility.
 
 
 
General project objectives:
 
·         To facilitate and exchange of experience and good practice in youth work, related to international migration and mobility and its influence on young people in EU and EECA countries.
 
·         To train youth workers in addressing the challenges and opportunities resulting from migration with young people in their community
 
·         To promote European co-operation between youth organisations in the field of migration and youth mobility
 
·         To develop new initiatives in the field of migration and mobility for young people within the framework of the Youth in Action Programme as well as outside of it

·         information about travel costs for 1 person to the city of Katowice
 
·         general information about the organization, its objectives and most important projects implemented in the last 3 years,
