Konveyor AI (Kai) Roadmap published

We recently published a ROADMAP.md for konveyor/kai that shares the team's focus for the next ~6+ months.  

Konveyor AI (Kai) is a new project that intends to improve the economics of re-platforming and refactoring applications to Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies via the use of Generative AI leveraging data in Konveyor.
