where to find component_Root?

I just followed the tutorial but I met a few problems below.

I visited  :    localhost/foo/www and then it warned me that php require_once 'konstrukt\konstrukt.inc.php'; and I found that this file is in the konstrukt_master\lib and therefore I cp this folder to localhost\foo\www and modified the original lib into liblt.So there existed two lib in localhost\foo\www 

when I tried to visit  localhost\foo\www it gave me the info below.

where to find this class?

I know this sounds really simple,but this is exactly the help I need.Please help me.
