Konstrukt moved to github

[troels knak-nielsen]

As you might have observed, Konstrukt has been moved to github over
the last couple of days. The svn repository will stay intact, but
won't be updated anymore. If you install Konstrukt by pear, there will
be no change.

The repository is now at:

http://github.com/troelskn/konstrukt
