Sorry for the English.

Since there seems to be interest in the KoNLPy community for adding functionality for manipulating Hangeul I decided to put my own code up on github as an open-source project (GNU GPL3).  Feel free to use it as is or cannibalize it to implement the APIs you want.  The project is:

I hope you will take a look.  It's short on documentation but the README.md should give a pretty good idea of what the library is all about.
