[ANN] Kong 0.10.2 released

Hi everyone,

Kong 0.10.2 was just released! We'd like to highlight a few important
features and fixes it introduces:

1. A new request-termination plugin, which comes handy when you need to
temporarily disable an API, block a Consumer, etc... This plugin was
generously contributed by Paul Austin.

2. Plugins can now implement a new 'rewrite()' handler function, which
is a hook in the Nginx phase bearing the same name.

3. Kong does not unconditionally append a trailing slash to the URL of
your upstream services anymore.

4. Ability to hide the latency headers sent by Kong to the client
(X-Kong-*-Latency).
